Carlos Augusto Motta is a multifaceted artist whose career has been marked by a deep connection with art since his youth. He began his career as an illustrator, later standing out as an Art Director for several companies. His boldness led him to the world of fashion, where he created the innovative "Paper Sculptures", gaining relevance in the media. Graduated in Fine Arts in the late 90s, he integrated architecture into his artistic practice, further expanding his creative repertoire.

Carlos never abandoned painting, and his works gained space in the art market, reflecting his unique visual perception and deep personal and professional experiences. In the early 2000s, he opened his first studio in Rio de Janeiro, where he transformed the space with recycled materials, maintaining permanent exhibitions. He currently lives in Braga, Portugal, and is represented by @zet.gallery.

One of the most striking aspects of his career is his connection with nature and sustainability. He uses organic materials such as moss, fungi, corroded minerals and even discarded objects, transforming them into art.
